My stay was beyond my expectations. The House had comfortable spaces, quiet, clean and well-kept, airy and sunny with a unique view in front of the sea and the holy mountain Athos behind it. The beautiful trees between the houses made a natural presence of shade that you enjoyed throughout the day. The beach within your feet where with the crystal calm waters you enjoyed your bath and didn’t want to go out…Magnificent scenery Quietness and Discretion are just a few of the many things that our stay offered us. Mr. Aris the host willing and kind ready to serve you immediately to answer and explain any question or question you have… Thank you very much Mr. Aris for the unique experience we are lucky to have enjoyed this blessed place…. A wonderful vacation with very good accommodation facilities, cleanliness, and tranquility. The bungalows are equipped with everything you need, the sandy beach is calm, and the sea is amazing! Aris and his father are very hospitable and extremely kind hosts.

I really enjoyed my stay at the accommodation in Develiki Halkidiki.
One of the main advantages is the exceptional kindness of the owners, Aris and his father, who made me feel at home. These hosts do everything for you to have a relaxing time, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
The tranquility offered by the accommodation is delightful, as it is located next to the sea, offering unique moments of relaxation and rest. In addition, the accommodation impresses in every way, as it is brand new and provides a sense of freshness and modern aesthetics. Its large yard and barbecue add even more value to the stay, offering opportunities for outdoor activities and grilling and cooking. Definitely an ideal choice for those looking for perfection and tranquility in their holidays.

We had a fantastic stay at Aris and Jim in Develiki. The house is beautifully located on a quiet beach, in the shadows of trees. The ocean is clean and clear; best swimming spot we have seen in Greece. The house has everything you need and was super clean on arrival. Nothing was too much for Aris and his father Jim in terms of helping, advising. Their generosity is beyond what you can expect. The area is really nice in Chalkidiki and you can spend all the time relaxing at their property, enjoying the views and the comfort of the house. There are many more nice surprises that are not even mentioned at the airbnb add, but we will leave that for other guests to discover. We had a great week and would give 6 or 7 stars out of 5 if that was possible. We will definitively try to return in the future. Thanks Aris and Jim!

We have stayed in many Airbnb accommodations, but Aris’ (and his father’s) accommodation FAR exceeded our expectations. Some things that we particularly remember:
1. We had a fantastic view of our private part of the beach, which is cleaned every day by Aris and his father. There is also charcoal and a small grill available if you want to cook some corn on the cob in the evening (highly recommended!).
2. Aris’ father brought us pita and bougatsa every morning. We also received a bottle of his homemade olive oil (extraordinary taste!). Hospitality is lived with all our heart here.
3. Aris was always ready to fulfill any requests (e.g. extra blanket or fresh towels) (free of charge!).
The list could go on and on. We are already looking forward to spending our vacation with Aris & Papa again next year!

I stayed in Aris’s facility from 11 to 20 August, the welcome and assistance throughout the holiday was splendid, Aris is an exceptional person and always available. The location is incredible, having the house 20 meters from the water of a wonderful sea and also umbrella and sunbeds was very comfortable, the house has a large window in front of the bed, from which you can see the beach, all the equipment of the house is new, outside a personal garden equipped with chairs, table, other sunbeds, hammock, barbecue, impeccable cleanliness.
And then what to say about Aris and his father Jim, exceptional, welcoming people, upon arrival they made me find wine, oil and Greek olives, all strictly coming from the area. Overall, a wonderful holiday, I will definitely return.
I recommend it to everyone, superlative place, host always available, wonderful location and in the middle of August, unparalleled tranquility.Thanks Aris and Jim, thanks for everything

We have been vacationing in Greece every summer for years. But it was the best place we have ever been, a piece of paradise made with lots of love, preserved nature and all the comforts of modern life.
We felt like we were at home with the amazing care of Aris and his great dad Jim. Thank you for the great welcome with a surprise basket, nice wine, olives and olive oil. One morning Jim surprised us with a hot breakfast, the tastiest patties we’ve ever had…an amazing gesture we won’t forget…💓
I can talk until tomorrow about all the great things that impressed us, but you better see for yourself…the place is worth much more than what you pay for, and the people who will welcome you are priceless❣️

The place is a hidden beauty: the beach is so beautiful and quiet. We loved the outside area with the view, the hammock, the chairs at the beach, the bbq and the outside shower. Aris and his father are very helpful and generous. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for peace.

The place, the nature, the accommodation, the amenities, the beach, the atmosphere, the HOST – everything hit the spot! Aris is the best host, we’ve ever stayed with – kind, helpful, full of advices, always there to talk with, accepts recommendations and willing to do changes for the future development. Truly wonderful experience, that made me and my wife’s vacation a blessing, that we would definitely enjoy again and again every year! The beach was practically empty with plenty of space to take a walk, sunbathe, go paddle-boarding (free and available), chill-out in the front ‘yard’, reading. The wi-fi speed and connection was exquisite, compared to any other place in Greece we’ve ever been – perfect for ‘working from the beachfront’. Simply – Heaven on earth, suited for anyone.

The place is fantastic and the sea is great. It’s worth it!

Upon our arrival, we realized that the serenity we were seeking was there. Aris (the manager) greeted us and was always ready to help us with everything in a way that cannot be found in 5-star luxury hotels.
The houses are literally by the sea. They are cozy and bright, the view of the trees with a small island in the background is out of this world. The area has a nice restaurant and everything we needed was a few minutes away. We had everything we could possibly hope for, choose it without hesitation!

Perfect spot, it is really worth it a holiday here. Very nice and discrete hosts and the neighbors as well. The bungalow has all you might need, the beach is wild and wonderful, the sea is great and the natural shadow offers you comfort even in the hotter days. Tip: take a hammock and you can swing all day watching the sea. We will be back 🙂

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s across Europe and this has top marks! The Greek welcome and the Greek hospitality was above and beyond. Aris and his dad were attentive and respectful of our space. As a gay couple we felt our space was respected which is important for us.
The tiny house is of very high standard. (5 stars) The bed is comfortable and the shower is powerful. The views are mind blowing and you have the beach mainly to yourself. Waking up to the birds and the waves is paradise.
We were treated to home made wine, fresh bread and home made olive oil. Aris’s dad even cleaned my hire car! The tropical storm was a bonus and seeing a pod of dolphins on our last evening was beautiful. It’s very romantic and myself and my partner had a lovely time here.

Best host you can get. Location and accomodation very comfortable and relaxing, most beautiful scenery, everything was perfect. I was very inspired and definitely will com back!

A rare combination of beautiful nature, tranquility, sun and moon rises, picturesque view and warm-hearted hospitality by Aris and his rock’n’roll dad Dimitris makes you feel in Heaven. The yard is full of greenery keeping you fresh even in the hottest days and hours while a sandy beach is twenty steps away from your bed. Swimmers will enjoy the turquoise sea. The only thing you could do wrong is not booking this place!
I just can’t mention all the little things that made our vacation unforgettable.
